Our history
Bruidsgids is an annual magazine and was first published in 1996. We are currently working on our 17th edition and are very thankful for our beautiful, blessed magazine. Bruidsgids is distributed every year in December.
The Wedding Info Centre was established in December 2004. This permanent bridal expo is situated in Menlyn Retail Park, Pretoria. The Wedding Info Centre enables the bride-to-be to have a look at some of the samples of our variety of exhibitors.
We also started the Wedding Guide in 2006 after we realized that there is a need for an English bridal magazine based on the same format as our Afrikaans Bruidsgids. The 6th edition of the Wedding Guide was published in July 2010, which included suppliers of Gauteng, Mpumalanga, KZN and the Western Cape. We are currently working on the 7th edition.
Our annual Expo4Brides hosted in association with Anne Roode was launched in 1996. This amazing expo attracts more than 5000 prospective brides a year. With more than hundred exhibitors, a fashion show and huge prizes, this weekend is always charged with excitement.
We strive to give as much as possible information about weddings to you as the bride-to-be. But we also urge you to invest in your marriage by attending a premarital course – and continue to do so after your wedding. This we believe will ensure a loving, fulfilled and blessed marriage.
